WELL Retreat 2012: Call for proposals

Planning for our 2012 Conference/Retreat is underway. Members and non-members are invited to submit a proposal for presentations or workshops focusing on any one of three strands--social issues, teaching ideas, or personal growth. Retreat dates are February 17, 18 and 19, 2012 at the National Women's Conference Center in Musashi-Ranzan, Saitama.
Deadline for receipt of proposals is October 26, 2011. Send the proposal with the necessary information to:

The WELL committee will give more precise information to would-be presenters after their submissions are received.
The proposal should include the following information:
. Name of presenter(s)
. Contact information: email address and telephone number
. A brief description of what you will do in your presentation, and title if
you have one ready
. Language: English, Japanese, or Bilingual
. Preferred presentation time: Saturday (February 18) AM or PM, Sunday (February 19) AM, or either day
This year we will also continue our student showcase, where students will have a chance to present. This is ideally for first time presenters to give them the opportunity to present in front of a supportive audience. If you are a student who would like to present, or if you would like a student to present, please add “student presenter” after your name.
