WELL Retreat 2012: Call for proposals
(Japanese follows English)
Planning for our 2012 Conference/Retreat is underway. Members and non-members are invited to submit a proposal for presentations or workshops focusing on any one of three strands--social issues, teaching ideas, or
personal growth. Retreat dates are February 17-19 and the site is the National Women's Conference Center in Musashi-Ranzan, Saitama.
Deadline for receipt of proposals is . . Send the proposal with the necessary information to:

Eriko Okanouchi (za43287@db3.so-net.ne.jp) in Japanese
The WELL committee will give more precise information to would-be presenters after their submissions are received.
The proposal should include the following information:
. The title of your presentation/workshop
. Name of presenter(s)
. Contact information: email address and telephone number
. A note about you and your relevant experience or education
. A brief description of what you will do in your presentation
. Equipment or materials required for your presentation
. What, if anything, participants should prepare or bring
. Time frame: minimum and maximum time required
. Language: English, Japanese, or Bilingual
. Preferred presentation time: Saturday AM or PM, Sunday AM, or either day
