Note: Cancellation Policy

The nonrefundable ¥6,000 conference fee will be used for WELL 2026 guest speakers, meeting rooms, etc. 
Accommodation cancellations made before March 31 are fully refundable (minus bank fees) and will be transferred after the conference concludes.

返金不可の会議費6,000円は、WELL 2026のゲストスピーカー、会議室等の費用に充当されます。
3月31日までにキャンセルされた場合、宿泊費は全額返金されます（銀行手数料を除く）。返金は会議終了後に行われます。
キャンセルが必要な場合は、こちらのリンクまたはメールで主催者までご連絡ください。
