Important notes 重要事項 Note 1. Late arrivals. If you are staying Friday, check-in is from 5 pm to 7pm. If you will be arriving after 7 pm, please indicate so on the form. In particular, please tell us if you will be arriving late (after 10 pm). NWEC closes the front door at 10 pm. 注1： 到着が遅れる場合について。金曜から宿泊する場合、チェックイン時間は17:00～19:00です。午後７時を過ぎる場合はその旨記入してください。NWECの表玄関は夜１０時に施錠されます。夜１０以降の到着予定の方は、何時頃になるかをお知らせください。
Note 2. Room availability. There are 3 room types at NWEC: Single with bath, Twin with bath and Twin with no bath. We don’t have a free choice of rooms as it depends on the total numbers of our group and other groups. Rooms all now have small refrigerators. 注2：部屋について。NWECのお部屋タイプはシングルバス付、ツインバス付、ツインバスなしの3タイプです。 部屋は当グループと他のグループの合計人数によって決まるため、自由に選ぶことはできません。 全客室に小型冷蔵庫が備わるようになりました。
Note 3. Meals. Meals this year are those provided by NWEC or you can prepare your own (and clean up afterward) in the communal kitchen. Anyone with special dietary restrictions should plan to bring food to cook for themselves as the cafeteria offerings may not be suitable. We are requesting some vegetarian options for NWEC meals, but those might not be vegan. We will post updates on food options in early 2025 so you can plan. 注3. 食事について。 今年の食事はNWECが提供するものですが、共用キッチンで自分で調理（後片付け）することもできます。 特別な食事制限のある人は、カフェテリアの提供が適切ではない可能性があるため、自炊用の食べ物を持参することを計画する必要があります。 NWEC の食事にはいくつかのベジタリアン オプションをリクエストしていますが、それらはビーガンではない可能性があります。 計画を立てることができるよう、2024 年初頭に食事のオプションに関する最新情報を投稿する予定です。
(1) For Friday evening, a dinner option from NWEC is available (see meal checkboxes below to select and prepay for NWEC cafeteria meals). Breakfast and dinner meals must be reserved in advance using this form. 金曜の夜、NWECでの夕食オプションができます。（下のミールチェックボックスでNWECのカフェテリアの食事を選び、支払いしてください。）NWECのカフェテリアは、朝食と昼食に限定してオープンしていますが、すべての食事はこのフォームで事前に予約する必要があります。
(2) WELL is not providing food for the communal cooking area, please bring your own food if you prefer to cook your own. Food can be eaten in the small attached dining room there or taken to the large cafeteria to be eaten. There is also space in the large refrigerators in the communal kitchen for you to use. WELLでは共用調理エリアでの食事の提供は行っておりません。自炊をご希望の場合は、ご自身の食べ物をご持参ください。 食事はそこに併設された小さなダイニングルームで食べることも、大きなカフェテリアに持って行って食べることもできます。 共用キッチンの大型冷蔵庫も利用できるスペースがあります。
(3) Purchase of beer and chu-hai is possible at the restaurant until 8 pm. The vending machines do not provide an alcohol option. 食堂内でのビールやチューハイの購入は20時まで可能です。 自動販売機にはアルコールのオプションはありません。

Note 5: Cancellation fees NWEC charges fees for cancelling room and meal reservations starting from Feb. 13 on a scale from 10% to 100% depending on the date of cancellation. If you need to cancel, please contact the organizers. If you cancel attendance after that date, cancellation fees will be charged. 注 5: キャンセル料金について NWECは、2 月 13 日以降、宿泊および食事の予約をキャンセルする場合、キャンセル日に応じて 10% から 100% のキャンセル料を請求します。キャンセルが必要な場合は、主催者にご連絡ください。それ以降に出席をキャンセルする場合は、キャンセル料が請求されます。
