The Conference Fee is ¥6,000 (It is non-refundable and will be used will be used for WELL 2026 guest speakers, meeting rooms, etc.
Accommodation at NIYE: ¥6,000 per night; single occupancy (Bldg A), 2-person (Bldg B), or quad (Bldg C). Rooms are not equipped with toilets or showers; these are shared facilities.

​Note 2: Cancellation Policy

The nonrefundable ¥6,000 conference fee will be used for WELL 2026 guest speakers, meeting rooms, etc. 
Accommodation cancellations made before March 31 are fully refundable (minus bank fees) and will be transferred after the conference concludes.

    Prices are higher at NIYE. Thanks for understanding. From this year, we must charge a fee of 6,000 yen for the weekend in addition to accommodation fees.This fee includes a donation to subsidize students and other members who need help paying the fee. Presenters will also pay the same fees as attendees.

    ​CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 

    Do you plan to stay overnight at the conference venue? If yes, please note the fees and register for the nights below. Advance registration is required. 
    WELL accommodations are mainly in Building A, which has single rooms only. There are only shared shower and toilet facilities. Please see this link for photos and descriptions of the Building A facilities.

    We have reserved a few double rooms in Building B and two quadruple rooms (4 people each) in Building C. Double and quadruple rooms will be charged at a rate of 6,000 yen per person. Double or quadruple rooms are available for a parent sharing with their child at an additional charge of 6,000 yen per child. 
    If you need a double or quadruple room, please contact the organizers.  Please let us know who your roommate(s) will be.

    Saturday Night 30th Anniversary Dinner
    In addition, we are planning a dinner and drinks party on Saturday night to celebrate WELL's 30th anniversary. Details of the location and menu will follow and we will include some vegetarian dishes. Please indicate your attendance in the box at right. Please also indicate if you want a choice of alcoholic beverages (beer & wine, etc.).
    The dinner (venue to be confirmed) is from 6 pm and will cost 3,500 yen per person, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please prepay when paying for your Registration.

    土曜夜の30周年記念ディナーさらに、WELL創立30周年を記念し、土曜日の夜に懇親会（夕食付き）を開催予定です。会場とメニューの詳細は追ってご案内いたします。ベジタリアン向け料理も用意します。参加の有無は右欄にご記入ください。また、アルコール飲料（ビール・ワイン等）の選択を希望される場合も併せてご記入ください。

    Do you want to be considered an official WELL member and participate in decision-making and voting at the annual business meeting? 
    公式 WELL メンバーとして、年次ビジネス ミーティングでの意思決定や投票に参加してみませんか?

    WELL is run by members and a group of volunteer organizers. Each year, at an annual meeting at the retreat, we decide who will be the organizers for the next year, and also ideally decide the retreat venue and dates. In addition, this year we have a new Constitution and By-Laws draft for everyone to discuss and hopefully approve. The annual meeting for 2026 is tentatively scheduled for 10:45 am to 12 noon, Sunday, April 5, 2026 in Center Bldg Rm 403, NIYE at the 2026 retreat.
    WELLは会員とボランティア主催者グループによって運営されています。毎年、リトリートで開催される年次総会で、翌年の主催者を決定し、理想的にはリトリートの会場と日程も決定します。さらに、今年は新しい規約と細則の草案を作成し、全員で議論し、承認を得る予定です。2026年度定時総会は、2026年4月5日（日曜日）午前10時45分から午後12時まで、NIYEセンタービル403号室にて開催される予定です。

    REGARDING CHILDCARE
    保育について
    Children are very welcome but their supervision is your responsibility. We can ask members if they are willing to babysit for any sessions that you especially wish to attend without your child. Please let us know relevant details. 
    Double or quadruple rooms are available for a parent sharing with their child over the age of 6 at an additional charge of 6,000 yen per child. Children age 6 or under can stay in a single room for no charge with their mother. But please note that the bed is narrow and may not be comfortable for two.
