配信停止の場合は下記のウエブサイトに空メールを送信して下さい。
If you later want to unsubscribe, send an empty message to: well japan-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com.
ご自分のメールアドレスを変更することになった場合、こちらに配信停止用サイトに変更以前の古いメールアドレスから送信したあと、新しいメール アドレスを上の配信用サイトの方へ送って下さい。
And if you have to change your email address, just unsubscribe with the old address, and join again using the new one.
配信の開始・停止とも、自動メールが届いたら、それを開いて開始・停止の依頼を承認する必要があります。自動メールが届かない場合、迷惑メールのボックスに入っているかもしれません。
