WELL’s Goals

• To increase contact among women working in different institutions and contexts.
• To provide continuing education for ourselves around issues relating to women, gender and social justice.
• To provide a support network for those of us involved in efforts or campaigns to improve opportunities for women in teaching.
• To create and promote bilingual programs and materials for women.
  

WELLの目的

• 様々な背景と状況で活動する女性たちをエンパワメントします。
  
• 教育、ジェンダー、労働、環境等、私たちの身近な社会問題について情報交換と学びができる場とします。
  
•  様々な取り組みや運動を支援するためのネットワーク作りを応援します。
  
• 日本語英語のバイリンガルを基本とします。
  
•  年に一度の研修会（リトリート）は、これらの主旨で楽しみながら活動と学びができる場とします。
