    For Registration at NWEC and for the name tags, please give us (1) your name in romaji, with the family name capitalized e.g.:  Mary SMITH 名前（ローマ字）、例：Hanako TANAKA , and (2) Your name in Japanese (katakana), e.g. スミス メーリ ; 名前（漢字）、例：田中花子 .

    NWEC asks us to provide information about each participant's age, nationality, and profession, for statistical purposes and to assess how active they are internationally.  We'd rather not have to ask you, but please help us with this!

    REGARDING CHILDCARE
    保育について
    Children are very welcome but their supervision is your responsibility. We can ask members if they are willing to babysit for any sessions that you especially wish to attend without your child. Please let us know relevant details.

    保育ボランティア：お子様のご同伴は大歓迎ですが、お子様の監督はお客様の責任となります。 お子様を連れないで特に参加したいセッションについては、ベビーシッターをしていただけるかどうかをメンバーに尋ねることができます。 関連する詳細をお知らせください。
